Oregon Wagyu Angus Beef Shares
At Iron Wood, we believe buying beef should be simple, personal, and exceptional, just like the product itself.
When one of our Angus Wagyu steers reaches peak maturity, it is humanely processed at a USDA inspected facility and dry aged for a minimum of fourteen days. This natural aging process allows enzymes to tenderize the meat and deepen the flavor, producing rich, steakhouse quality beef.
When you reserve a share, you are purchasing a portion of the whole animal. Pricing is based on hanging weight, which is the weight of the carcass after harvest but before cutting and packaging. This is the industry standard and ensures you receive premium ranch raised beef at exceptional value.
You will work directly with us or the butcher to customize your cuts. Choose steak thickness, roast sizes, and how you want your beef packaged. If you prefer a simpler approach, the butcher can prepare a standard cut sheet based on proven steakhouse style portions.
Every cut is professionally packaged, double wrapped, and flash frozen to preserve freshness and quality.
Once your beef is ready, it can be delivered directly to your door or made available for convenient pickup.
The result is a straightforward process designed to bring exceptional ranch raised beef from our pastures to your freezer.
