Our Standard Quarter guarantees 200 pounds of premium beef at a fixed price.
Our Standard Quarter is cut from a half side of beef that has been first aged for 14 days in our butcher’s cooler. Two Standard Quarters are cut from each half side. Each Standard Quarter buyer receives the same popular cuts of beef as listed below. Exception: The first buyer gets to choose either the brisket or the tri-tip plus short ribs.
