This Irish Angus Speck is produced from premium crossbred Aberdeen Angus beef raised in Ireland and cured using traditional European charcuterie methods. Each whole cut is carefully salted with a proprietary blend of spices and repeatedly massaged to ensure the curing process penetrates evenly throughout the meat.

The speck is then lightly smoked over fragrant beech wood before entering a slow maturation period of at least six months.

The result is a distinctive cured beef with deep character. The natural marbling of Angus beef produces a rich texture, while the balance of smoke, spice, and aging creates a bold, savory flavor that stands apart from traditional pork-based speck.
