This 100% Ibérico ham is produced from free-range pigs raised in the rolling dehesa landscapes of southwestern Spain, where the animals graze naturally on acorns, grasses, and wild herbs. This traditional diet creates the remarkable marbling and distinctive flavor that define true Ibérico pork.

Each ham is bone-in and slowly cured for more than thirty-six months, allowing the meat to gradually develop its signature depth and complexity. Over time the marbled fat softens and becomes silky, carrying rich flavors that are nutty, buttery, and gently sweet.

The result is a ham of extraordinary refinement, offering a flavor that lingers with remarkable balance and elegance.
