         The Iron Wood Reserve Pinot Noir Barbecue Sauce was crafted from Durant’s 2020 Estate Grown Pinot Noir—an exceptional vintage touched by wildfire smoke. Rather than letting the wine go to waste, the Durant culinary team transformed it into something entirely new: a rich, smoky barbecue sauce that captures both the fruit character of Pinot Noir and the bold flavors of fire-cooked food.

         Developed by Culinary Director Chef Eric Bartle, this limited-edition sauce layers the natural depth of Pinot Noir with molasses, brown sugar, and spices like clove, allspice, and smoked chipotle. The result is a sauce that balances sweetness, smoke, and spice with a refined finish.
